October 2025
October was a good month for the wine barrel selection, with some of the small platters heading to Arrowtown wine tasting room ‘The Winery‘. There was also some time spent crafting the three main standardised sizes and shapes of the bowls.
November 2025
November was an interesting month, with the main focus being on gathering and crafting quite symmetrical and stones from the Clutha river, which have found their to a few fine dining restaurants. It was a joy to find methods of shaping these stones in a way that enhanced their natural form, but still look professional in a commercial setting.
December 2025
December has been a month of refining processes and adding new ideas to the mix, including candle holder made of schist rocks and also vases to hold dried flowers like wild thyme and lavendar that grow so well in Central Otago.
